I tried their Fearless chicken last time and it really is competitive with other chicken brands. (KFC, Jollibee, Mcdo)
I was impressed that they had such good chicken and will surely try the other items on the menu.
Sir. We did complain about the tulo right after it happened. - after it landed TWICE on the burger. They didn't even bother to apologize and even lied to us na katu pa daw to na happen when in fact ga tulo na diay to days before, its just that di permi mag tulo and why would we sit on that area if kibaw mi nga mag tulo diay? and I know wala ga rain outside at that time kay makita ra ang gawas through the glass.
Went there again ganina and still nag tulo gihapon ang kato na area. So why didn't they get it fixed?!
I have lived in the states for a couple of years and yes they do replace your food if you complain - no questions asked. No bargaining.
I am just stating facts and airing what happened to us. And I know for a fact that we didn't abuse the notion of the customers are always right.

I know lage what you mean . Sa inyong issue about TULO , that would be a different issue and it has nothing to do with the food you order although they should have fixed it the very same day .

Not unless if the complains are the ones I mentioned that mga incidents inolving the kitchen operations lage . Not abusing the CUSTOMER is ALWAYS RIGHT ? I have been there once only , the other one is a take out from somebody else . The next time I go there , I will be the one to tell the management to take care of the tulo if ever wala pa nila gi ayo .
