I personally don't believe in cool offs. You're just prolonging the agony. I mean, if there's a problem in your relationship, you both should look for solutions to solve it dili magdugay-dugay. Ang tendency man gud anang magdugay-dugay/cool off kay the problem might worsen or worst - magbuwag mu without anyh closure.

Sa akong experience, it's either, settle the problem or buwag. And be sure to think things through in a good mindset because we mostly take bad decisions when were emotionally unstable. Be sure sad na kung buwag, buwag na jud kay kapoy kaayo nang balik na sad unya maproblema na sad on the issue.
