but "sometimes" the name alone screams substandard
so far the bad thing i notice is that
the ICC sticker is common
or might just be same on all approved items

ang ako lang unta bah
lahi unta to design sa sticker para sa electrical tape
lahi para sa helmet
lahi para sa microwave

murag kita nah daan sa pattern
somewhere along the way someone is gonna get a lot of this stickers
put it on substandard helmets
and say its certified

this defeats the law
defeats the intention of public safety
most of all am sure makakwarta maayo ang sticker seller

somehow i wish they thought of it more before implementing it
funny though
most of the expensive imported ones are not certified

support it na lang gud
