Boss newbie sad ko but i'll try to answer that... usually need ug USB Pen Drive (common usb flash drive) to store the BIOS flash files kay dha pangita-on sa imo BIOS (by default) when it tries to update it. Their are 2 ways to update your BIOS, you can use the built-in BIOS utility sa gateway (naa na sa gateway mobo installer disk and you need to install it sa OS) or directly via BIOS depende sa OEM
