i just came up with a material that said caffeine is a good fat burner.. hmm.. its new to me, heard of it for the first time

caffeine kai maka increase daw sa imong metabolism.. mao na maka tabang daw ug burn fats.. mao man ni ang concepts sa mga bago na fat burners ron like hydroxycut, xenadrine ect... mao bitaw kusog mag kung fu ang insik kai hyper cge inuom ug tea.. hahaha joke..
hmm.. foods that are good for fat loss.. hmm.. i can only think of 3 types (1)protein, (2)food with negative calories and (3)food with high thermic effect... (4) water
(1) protein maka increase sa imong metabolism... pero dili pud nindot puro protein imo kanon.. kahilanlang naa gud na sagol carbs ug good fats.. tarongon ra nimo ug ration.. if mag workout ka ang basic requirement of protein is usually 1 or 1.1 g of protein X imong body weight
(2) negative calories that well basically food with negative calories.. how will this work? basically calories are measurements of energy diba? any food kai naa man caloreis.. but ngano naai negative or unsa ni negative calories? kani kai ang mga food na takes more energy to burn, like celery.. for example if it has 26 calories it takes 55 calories to digest, ka gets?
(3)high thermic food.. umm.. naka limot ko.. pero maka tabang ni...
(4) water... um.. di nako mo explain...
