its a 24/7 support but its a non-voice account.. practically its just a simple encoding of numbers.. it is a financial account as your dealing with a client firm that is very well known in the management consulting area and who handles the financial accounts of top corporations of America.
It is not a chat support but simply a data entry account. Simply put it.. you get commission thru quota thingie.. and just to give tell you, the salary expected is lower than that of a voice account since you practically don't deal with customer's at all.
No irate customers, simply you are suppose to just encode a series of numbers everyday.. the faster you crunch and encode numbers.. the most likely you can achieve your quota.
Sounds pretty much like my previous job.
