reese witherspoon (again, wearing the same cocktail style dress she wore in the golden globes) in nina ricci (and the same designer)


and

cate blanchett (totally gorgeous, she can give supermodels a run for their money) in giorgio armani for armani prive

For looking smashing ALL the time then Sarah Jessica Parker.

Worst Dressed? Britney Spears is the one I could think of.

Local Celeb would be: Gretchen Baretto hands down.
