Hmm I once applied as a graphic artist for xlibris but sadly i didn't go further than the technical exam. I'd like to ask, is there a specific art style that the 'judging panel' adhere too? (e.g. minimalist, abstract, etc.) What are the company's criteria for choosing which works should pass and which shouldn't? I really want to be ready the next time I apply (I'm planning to reapply). I really really want to work here. Been infatuated with art and books all my life so to have a job that gets me to be surrounded with both is a dream come true.

Junmatt signing off...

For day prod team such as associates, internet researcher, etc
you will work for six days a week so you will only have four rest days a month and will only be paid a minimum.
And the workload is really heavy, underpaid and overworked.
