wala paman tingali 4G dri sa cebu last nko pangutana sa SM nga globe.

Naa na 4g ang Globe sa Cebu. Based on my experience, ang mga probinsya ug rural areas kay HSPA while ang urban ug crowded areas kay HSPA+. Continue pa sila cge ug change equipment nya upgrade.

You only need a 4G capable device nga pwede ug HSPA/HSPA+. For me Globe is better.
