Telephoto lens, tripod, DSLR back pack, and dry box

So I will be going on a mini shopping spree sometime within the next week. I've got a lot of options lately from brand new materials but I'm hoping to be able to save from getting 2nd hand stuff.

I have a Canon Kiss x 4, with kit lens only.

I am in to film making, HDR Photography, and would like to try taking pictures from a distance. So the following would be very useful to me (arranged by order of priority):

1. Canon lens -- preferably 55-250, 18-135 or 50mm

2. Tripod -- something good and sturdy preferably with ball head (I already have one offer, I want to see if I have more options)

3. DSLR Back pack -- a laptop and tripod can fit in it, all the better!

4. Wide angle lens converter for 58mm kit lens


Please note that I MAY or MAY NOT buy all of these. It all depends on my budget and the costs offered to me. Of course, the lesser the price, the more stuff I get to buy. Only logical.
