I've always believed that Ninoy Aquino & Ferdinand Marcos had a really close relationship because Marcos saw Ninoy as his equal in intelligence & wit, thus wanting him to continue Marcos' legacy.

But due to some jealous, power hungry men, history has been rewritten & most Pinoys are none the wiser of the real truth of what really happened.

Here's a video of my belief & I'm happy that someone also shared that belief with me & actually made a video.

there are still certain flaws in the statements. Maybe in marcos mind.. he would rather make his own son or any close relative of his be the next president than his adversary in politics to win. I mean, if marcos will die early his family can still take control of the phils themselves through a family member or a close relatives... rather if ninoy wins and stand alive for so long marcos's family is in a total loss of control over the government.


about the people power.... the maker of the video did not realize... is that it's not only about who went where, it's also about the belief.... maybe only 2% went to manila but in the mind of the most filipinos... marcos really did something wrong. He is in total high of the power he possessed and doesn't want to stop taking it or taking more.

and lastly, cory also did impose about the agrarian reform law that gives lands to farmers for them to own a land of their own. Big land owners (oligarchs) are forced to give away or split their lands because of it.

and the media is the media.... They will always show anything that can make them more money, it's really up to the people to decide about what they see. If they're willing to believe what the media feeds them or look for answers themselves.

The real problem in our nation is the debts that marcos bestowed upon us, our children, and who knows maybe our children's children are paying everyday for the rest their lives. if the current state or our economy will remain stable (depending on the president who takes over) we still need 50 yrs or more to completely pay our debts to the world bank,IMF and etc. (if....... the set of presidents within the span of time will be angel like which is close to impossible.).
