I don't find him innocent, no one is. But guilty? it's harder to say so. I pity the guy, really. He was found guilty because of a misdeclared SALN but I wonder who else did? How many of those congressman did declare their SALN clean and clear? I could say, he has worked hard his entire career life and ended up this way because his name was associated with Arroyo. What was he before Arroyo? If he's anti Arroyo will there be any difference?


I guess it's about time for Corona to rest. A man like him doesn't belong to this power-thirsty and selective-standard set of public servants.

I could hate the word "election" if in any case Tupas would take a seat in Senate in the future. And I am now starting to see why the younger Marcos won the Senate. And how I wasted my votes for Pangilinan and the others. How can this impeachment ended a "based on my conscience", "should-be-a-role-model-as-a-public-servant" and "this is for the public". Yeah, prove yourself right. How can I even trust these men to create laws when they hardly understand how to stand by it and expecting others to follow it in a very way that would please them.

I can see Arroyo smile though. Cruel lady. It's like everything was bound to happen. But I don't think this it over.

OT: I'm still waiting for the waiver though. Waiver before our votes. See you next election.

you pulled the words right out of my mouth and I could not agree more sir. it is a sad state we are in. I want to bet all that I have that all those who voted guilty have some form of inconsistency with their respective SALN, but then again , if the chief justice cannot defend himself, how much more am I? Me, a mere citizen of this country.

I think they have no choice. These events are great for the nation, but now Noy has the burden of expectation on his shoulders and if he's not up to it then these highly charged times could see his rapid downfall.

bongbong showed he can be his own man on this impeachment trial and i congratulate him for taking a stand and go through the facts and merits on the case at hand.he didnt grandstand like what the other senator's did. i hope this will give many people to see a shining star in the senate will be rising.

i doubt everybody will follow.as what they said,if no order,they wont show it..Corona made a history in signing the waiver,but it doesnt mean that everybody should follow it,kung naay gahi pa sa bato,mao na na sila.
