are you sure makuha pa ang last pay kung ma-terminate? My friends were not able to claim their one whole month worth of salary and last pay after they were terminated. They were TERMINATED, they did not go AWOL or RESIGN. Was it in the contract? a resounding NO because what was in your contract is that, agents pay cash bond of P50,000.00 when they resign, or go AWOL within their 6 months project-based status (because you don't have regularization right?). Now tell me, is this your DUE PROCESS? For me, this is BULLSHIT. wala pa ninyo gi inform akong friend na terminated na diay sya that day, infact inyo pa sya gipa dial para maka sale! muingun daun mo na dli nya makuha iyang pay/sweldo kay payment sa cash bond, na wala jud na sa contract. gi terminate na gipa bayad pa sa contract! hell!

if holiday diri sa ato kay wala mo trabaho? if wala mo trabaho sa holiday bayaran mo ug 100% nya if mo trabaho kay double pay? salamat.

kung holiday sa philippines, mostly kay work jud. pero kung holiday sa gawas, walay work esp. kung b2b ka. kung padutihon ug philippine holiday, 200% jud na xa.
