nah, wla na oie. im losing mass and muscle mass. sige lang, im not closing my doors man pud aning compete2x. basin lang nya someday. pero as of the moment lang karon, ginagmay lang akong goals, its just to get back to regular weight lifting. taod2x man pud ko naka lay.off gud or walay klaro nga alsa. lisud ning magka tiguang nata, ma change naman gud atong priorities...hehe.
i think naa man siguro mga local shows lang diri nga para natural lang gyud. mao pud lage, pildehon ka anag mga karaan na kaau ng lift nya mga kargador na ug lawas nagsugod. anyways, ang mentality sa uban dili man daw mu compare sa ilang selves sa other lifters. Ang importante kuno is that you done ur part, training and nutrition, and let the whole world see dayon what uve got!

AKo kay 7 years of training unya wa jud apil2x competition.. first invitation na nadawat nako was last 2006 i then said next year nalang.. unya, 2012 na! hahahaha anyway, good luck sa atoang mga goals. di man cguro ta makaabot kanang pina pro na lawas pero importante healthy ra ug happy. mangita sad kog local na shows .. i dunno... lol

when you speak of bodybuilding and when you say competing ka even naturally, its hard to say about healthy...the supplements ur taking...protein, when it takes the toll on your kidneys...and not to mention the injuries nya puhon when you come approaching sa middle age...ang ako lang gyud sad siguro ani, malingaw nalang ko kaysa uban nga diversion like inom or unsa pbang bisyuha...mamatay man gyud tang tanan padulong but i guess its much more worth it than by just laying waste sa mga bisyo ur unsa pba uban butang.

particularly, in the bench. it is something that i think i'm still weak at. it's not at par with my other lifts, thus.
