    Lets just assume that you want to use DDOS for preventing attacks, you can use Backtrack for penetration testing. Don't do it on live servers!

    these people are making the IT business alive... daghan na kaung mga security devices hardwares, softwares, peoplewares, etc... nga mo-combat ug mitigate ning ilahang mga attacks. di na jud magsilbi kun batuta ray gamit sa security

    well, daghan kau abusado gi buhat ang gobyerno sa mga tao. the internet is the last free place left on earth almost devoid of government abuse ( o "regulation"). mao cguro ang rason ngano kusog kau ang economy sa internet.. wa naman juy trabaho dri sa amoa ky grabe ka korakot ang mga politician, bureaucrats ug mga dagkong negosyante nga nay backing sa gobyerno -- lipay kau ko tungod sa online job.

    pero karon mabalaka ko gamay ky ga hinay2 na ug kamang ang corruption sa gobyerno sa internet.

    Kaning anonymous ang symbol sa pag resist sa corruption.

    May 9 – Anonymous brought down Russian President Vladimir Putin’s website and the Kremlin’s website to support the country’s protests against alleged vote tampering during the March elections.

    May 9 – Anonymous attacked the UN’s official website, accusing it of ignoring the plight of Palestinian hunger strikers protesting their detention without trial in Israel.

    April 24 – Anonymous attacked the Greek finance ministry website to protest its plans to fight tax evasion by tracking citizens’ bank, telephone and credit card data.

    April 20 – Anonymous takes down the Formula One website, for holding the event in Bahrain, and to support local protesters fighting against the continued government repression of activists and opposition politicians.

    April 5 – Anonymous hacks into hundreds of Chinese government websites, taking down the “Great Firewall of China” and offering tips on how to bypass government censorship.

    Not script-kiddies nor wannabes. Naay objective, purpose, goal and reason to believe why they hack to crack.

    Ginagmay nga pgpasabot ug pgpatin-aw sa duha ka binaba'.

    Hack - coding, thus, (white) Hackers = developers, programmers, etc.
    Crack - penetrate, thus, (black) Hackers = w00ters, w00t$_loves_this_path, infiltrators, penetrators and vibrators.. hehe (way apil ang last ha)..

    Correct me lang if sayop.
