Decline press 270 pounds for 9 reps
Alternate barbell curls 140 pounds for 4 reps
Deadlifts 300 pound for 4 reps
one arm dumbbell extensions 150 pounds for 6 reps
leg press calf raises 600 pounds for 10 reps
    etc..

basically i train heavy everyday.. just wondering how to do you strengthen your grip and wrist. Thanks boss!
it strengthens overtime.. take enough calcium as well.. start light with clean and jerk... and gradually adjust as your wrist strengthens.. it takes practice.. looking at your lifts.. that won't be a problem for you in time..

nice one brotha! keep up the good work.

as to the question about grip strength, lessening the use of straps really help. i get a really wicked blast on my forearms when i DB row (60~100lbs depende sa kusog anang adlawa) for 20 reps. ever heard of kroc rows? ing ana. or DB shrugs. also, try farmer's walk. even deadlifts. or DB static hold. pwede sad kanang plates imo gunitan for as long as you can.

@cy: over-all siya bro. pero i dont train it for hypertrophy. I train for explosiveness and strength. so medjo tambok2 pd ko gamay like dako og bf%. isoga nimog lifts bro oi. haha sa deadlifts raman ko nag train sa akong wrist strength, though i call it more like forearm/grip strength. deadlifts nako 170kg/374lbs for 1 rep rman pud hehehe.

yeah, lessen pud use sa straps. awesome advice by sir goryo. mao dyud na siya mo help. farmer's walk and static holds are one of the best kaayu dyud. although di ko tig farmer's. pero sa akong db row, mag straps man ko since im not training my grip strength for that, im training my upper/middle back.

    Today:
Squat - worked up to 340lbx1, 353x1 (PR)

    Press - worked up to 105lb 5x5

    Some neutral grip pull ups.

Videos will be coming up kay napa ko dri netopia ayala. hahahaha
