Fan? I am for the rule of Law .. and not for trump up allegations, bro. This impeachment is a precedence in many aspects ... and who knows, you might be on the dock one day ..and what you are applauding today of this government .. will be used against you someday .. you never can tell.

Fan? I am for the rule of Law .. and not for trump up allegations, bro. This impeachment is a precedence in many aspects ... and who knows, you might be on the dock one day ..and what you are applauding today of this government .. will be used against you someday .. you never can tell.

Mere Omission on SALN is not impeachable offense. FCDA Law prevails over SALN Law coz it is a special law which is more ''powerful'' than general law when there is conflicting each other. The FCDA is absolute confidentiality and no conflict with constitution itself coz of there is ''as provided by law'' on Sec. 17 of Article 11 of Constitution

There are many illegal evidence, hearsay testimony, exaggerated and tainted information. 45 properties to 5, 82 accounts to 4, 10-12 million to 2.4 million. Earnings of CJ is legal according to CSC.

CJ association with GMA is not impeachable offense despite all cases which GMA involves are favored to her. This is just assumption.

I conclude that CJ is not guilty.

Thanks to the impeachment trial! Convicted or acquitted at least the most important is majority or all of the filipino people now knows what kind of a chief justice they have..Good luck Philippines!

^^ Yup, we got one who got the balls to be transparent by signing a waver so his financials can be examined. On the other hand there are 185+1 big one who can even take up the challenge. Add their boss to that. Scared of the truth, I guess...
