It's not good enough that the Chief Justice should be evading taxes or worse by exploiting a possible loophole. His position is one of trust and the keyword is "justice".... he should follow the spirit of the law and be a role-model. He is very much tainted by this episode and not because he is an innocent victim, but because he consciously chose a path which would bring him and the legal system into disrepute.

pag sure oi. i'll beat kung adult jud ka, naa kay gipang bayadang mga tax, except sa imong sweldo, lets say tax sa imong balay, negosyo, sure jud ka sakto ka mubayad ana na mga tax, daghan tao honestly, and practically speaking dili. so asa man sad ang inyong ethics?
