^^ im not saying we boycott Cebu Pacific just to clear it up and wa pa gyud ko kasakay sa ila tbh so i had no experience sa ilang service, but its evident there are many people have complaints against them. i saw it on TV yung ila promo2x na naa diay catch; delayed flights as narrated by my friends and workers; incompetent staff perhaps less salary to save money; na ty imo 20% fare kay na cancel; no checkin baggage etc. the bottomline is ... OnT: i do suspect, they off loaded the luggage of the Santiagos cause they are making space for their cargo services which gives more revenue to their cause.

I know the person who took the video kay fellow gov't employee. What really happened:

Tulfo was really doing what he claimed he was doing taking pics/vid using his phone.

Raymart approaches and demands to see Tulfo's phone.

Tulfo refuses by cursing.

Raymart's friend wearing pink ba to or something hits Tulfo on the head. Not really a punch but akin to a dukol kay my friend told me in his own words: "binatukan" si Tulfo.

Tulfo retaliates by throwing the first punch dropping the guy.
