kinsa naa idea sa pldt/smart fiber optic cable laying project from daan bantayan to santander. so far ako nabantayan murag approaching na sila Sogod from Daan Bantayan sa north ug San Fernando from Santander sa south.

all live connections dili na hilabtan... unless mag migrate na sila sa ila linya, pero it will be migrated 1am till 4am or 5am depende sa ila technical dept...

seguro naa hugaw inyo linya run, or namigrate inyo linya to fiber pero not as clean as they you expected, i dont know if they are testing the lines bisan naay active live user nag gamit... pero i doubt if they will do that kay dakong kasaba na sa pinakataas..

actually i work on telecom contracting company, so i know when and where to do task that are traffic affected.... emergency cases only manghilabot ang technical group if traffic is affected on daytime...

but if your experiencing it all the time, then there is something wrong sa inyo linya in the network...
