gusto sila ma solve ang case but unfortunately dili sila that patriotic to expose if they have something hidden... that is the Hard truth to swallow.
But to swallow that the challenge put up by Corona is sincere? I'm 100% sure he is NOT... gigamit ra sab niya ang knowledge na 1 of many of those 188 congressmen are crooks, even 90% maybe. So he has just fine A VERY NICE EXCUSE of not showing his DOLLAR ACCOUNTS to the public.
Kung kuha-on nato tanang drama og i-shorten nato ang gisulti ni Corona about sa WAIVER, tabla ra ni ingon siya DILI KO MO SIGN OG WAIVER, ONSA KO BOANG?
If the government is really serious with transparency and accountability, why the hesitation? The 188 congressman only took them hours to sign the impeachment complaint so signing the waiver wouldn't take long.
the odds that the 189 will sign? mas mo pusta pa ko nga mo puti ang uwak. If 189 are also guilty of wrong doing, does that make Corona less guilty?

but by challenging the 188 congressmen, he too is risking something. There is still a tendency nga mu kagat ang iya gipang challenge dba? And if mu kagat, its either he's guilty or not, dli na option ang secret.
pero mao lagi, his nice excuse is as good as the congressmen's reasons y they signed the impeachment case nga they themselves are guilty of.
wala na ta ma himu ani, our politics is like an incurable disease...wala nay tambal ana.
What are the odds? lol
you sign the damn thing like they signed the impeachment complaint. Unsa may kahadlokan? It all started with 188 signatures now it has to end with 189.
It'll never happen. I think you know that and I'm certain the CJ knew it to be true.... he's banking on it.
this is no harm and i think all of us would be benefited by such action but then again this drama has already took us sooo long that cj's tactics will again add up to length of this drama. the IC only has less than a week to tackle such issue and adding up this so called "conditional waiver" is no longer relevant to the case.
kabalo nman ta most if not all of our congressmen are corrupt so signing up a waiver is a waste of time. let them gather evidence or even fish for it then file cases against those corrupt congressmen.
some of the people are complaining about kalas kuno kaayo ang time sa senate ky dugay mhuman ang caso but then hapit na hinuon mhuman ang case gusto nsad padugayon.hahay
and if he is really true on what he says why single out those 188 congressmen and drilon? cant he not say it to all senators judges in IC and all public servants?

Let's put it this way...
>They rebuff Corona's proposition, the trial will continue as it is...We'll eventually reach a verdict.
>They accept Corona's proposition, Corona honors his word...Gawas ang tinuod, verdict made... Bonus: naay transparency for 190 public servants.
>They accept Corona's proposition, Corona does not honor his word, the trial will continue...We'll eventually reach a verdict, most likely unfavorable to Corona.
>They generally accept the offer, one or more of the 189 people who were dared by Corona refuse...We got ourselves some elected officials who could be guilty of graft--thus be under observation. The trial the trial will continue as it is...We'll eventually reach a verdict.
The point is the waiver should not be so easily disregarded. It may or may not be a gift for the prosecutors but definitely is a gift for the Filipino constituents.
