Thanks mga ma'am sir! Very useful information, I appreciate it very much. what I'm doing right now is fish and chicken breast nga diet, and then gamay rajud rice and then lots of water. For exercise, what I do is MWF home workout, katung rush fit ni GSP, then off days kai jogging 30mins.. What do you think? Samok Lang kaayu ning inom kai makaguba sa diet hahaha
