mao lagi... part man ni sa company ang ups and downs... just like in the "Wheel of Life"... tests and failures will make us stronger as long as we will stand up and continue the fight after each fall (charing... hehehehe...)... the same sa companies/ businesses, failures will make them stronger... kay there will be learning after each fall but, its a "bloody one". one's failure is complementary to one's success... both are recipes to become a "Big & Successful Company or Business"...

for sure, gipang kulba-an na ang management Team ug ang executives sa Nvidia ani... grabeh na ron ang ilahang "Problem Root Cause Analysis", "Risk Management" and "Damage Control"...

"The credibility of the source is unknown." -videocardz.com

“There is no truth to this,” said Bryan Del Rizzo, a spokesman for Nvidia.

All I can say is, I'm using 2 Keplers and my Keplers are doing great. "Performance degradation over a long periods of heavy load" is not true. Somehow, grabe ang effect ani nga article towards distributors, re-sellers, end-users and most especially nVidia. Messed up the market.

need to wait and see gyud ni sya if valid or tinuod ba gyud ni... dili ni makit-an dayon kay lagi, degradation man ang failure mode at Customer side... unsa kahay failure mechanism ani if this is really true... basin mo degrade ang GPU in 5 years time or more... we don't really know the actual situation ani kay dili ni nila i-divulge for damage control... ah, mag upgrade na ang kasagaran owners ani na time pud...

actually, share lang ko sa akoang experience in working here in the semiconductor industry. if ang issue kay ang die itself, dili ni makita dayon... gawas kun mo bigay gyud ang die... as of this moment, i'm back here again in one of our wafer subcon house now, nag technical discussion mi... solving a quality issue that's die/wafer related...

bottom line, if dili ni tinuod na claim, ah, no need to worry. if tinuod, need to ta to dig in for more information...
