Husband and I set up an interval work out which included:
Speed rope
MMA
Thai boxing
Tricep dips (dunno what it's really called but u pbbly know what I mean)
Plyometrics
Weights
Lunges
Push ups
Sit ups (crunches for me coz I suck at sit ups)
I'm pretty strong for my size but I need to improve my stamina so when boxing I give it all I got
...then I feel like throwing up![]()
lol hubby does plyo.....i just run up and down steps >_<
rest is 20 seconds....our fitness levels are verrrryyy different so we thought 20 secs is enough
its ok.. at least you know what to do at this point.. ^^
Squats - worked up to 330lb 2x3 (Volume PR)

Row - worked up to 135lb 5x5

I trained the same as you, Heavy but not on the powerlifting side.. Pano nimo gitrain imo self for snatch ug clean and jerk? do u have specific training for your wrist strength?? here's my own lifts:
Decline press 270 pounds for 9 reps
Alternate barbell curls 140 pounds for 4 reps
Deadlifts 300 pound for 4 reps
one arm dumbbell extensions 150 pounds for 6 reps
leg press calf raises 600 pounds for 10 reps
etc..
basically i train heavy everyday.. just wondering how to do you strengthen your grip and wrist. Thanks boss!
