gwen will not run for senate (2013 elections) ---- she will not win..
gwen will run for congresswoman (3rd district, PJs currently holds) - perhaps she will win..
or gwen will run for vice-governor -- i doubt if she will slide down plus the fact she will possibly face Magpale (kung madayon na gyud ang Davide-Magpale tandem)..

gwen cannot afford to run and just lose.the only logical position is congresswoman kay mas dako iya chance modaug and should prepare again for higher position after 2013..kung modagan cya senador, dako cya chance mapildi (im sure she knows where she stand) and mapapas na ila dynasty..PJ has no small or no chance to win in governorship position..Noy Pabling will soon retire, dili na baskog ang lawas dili napud ganahan mga tawo nga dili baskog esp mga botante..bottomline, garcias will definitely not to surrender 3rd district kay mao nalang na magpabilin saila..

Altho, UNA would still benefit from recruiting Gwen into the line-up, never mind if she's of no count elsewhere, as long as makadani siya sa Cebu votes for the rest of the team (although, the Cebuanos posible sad magyam-id and conclude that ug uyon mo sa mastermind sa over-pricing sa CICC ug paggasto ug P100 Million para sa hunasan sa Naga, for sure di ko mobotar nimo...heheheh)

The other possibility is that mag vice guv sya... PJ stays in the House, Gwen becomes runningmage iya Daddy, then field somebody else in the 2nd... Mayor Wargong maybe, Board Member Caminero maybe, or even ex Cong Sim Kintanar....
