There are couples who marry but don't intend to have children, you know. (heterosexual and homosexual couples). Nobody is trying to bend the laws of nature. Marriage or no marriage, males will always need to copulate with females to conceive. No arguing that.

The word "natural" is troublesome. How is homosexuality 'unnatural' if it happens in nature? Regardless, the notion that something is good if it's natural is surely notion a rational human will never hold on to.
Your line of reasoning doesn't answer my question...I didnt mention about jailing childless marriage. You even said it yourself, some married people choose not to have kids and that is their choice but these are male+female marriages that conforms to the norm even to what is ideal in the eyes of our society. Now the marriage between a stick+stick is ENTIRELY A DIFFERENT STORY!

My friends, who are doctors on duty in many hospitals in manila disclose some facts now and then about what they encounter at work, one of them regarding the AIDS statistics in manila. 3 out of 5 cases who get AIDS are male homosexuals. Most of them are single working in callcenters and living a batchelor life away from families.
Now in Cebu, it was reported last february the highest AIDS statistics of 250 plus people positive cases. I forgot which newspaper. More than 85% are male homosexuals, bi. Now we do know there are more gays here in cebu more than anywhere else in the Philippines.
Some are even working now in Singapore since they don't screen for HIV and AIDS.

If gay marriage is legalized maybe there would be less promiscuous gay males? Hehe.

hahaha i like the humour bro, but i dont think being promiscuous is the problem. It's how gay people "DO THEIR VERSION OF S@X", and im referring to entering the "Exit Only" hole in a human bodys anatomy.

A fallacy. Normalcy has no bearing whatsoever in determining valid behavior. Again, the words "normal", "norm" are meaningless. What's normal in one particular society can be abnormal in another.

It was considered "normal" to be burning witches and homosexuals at the stake back in the dark ages. If those people and the generations that followed them stuck to what they thought was "normal", we'd still be burning witches and homosexuals today.

Unfortunately not. Many married same-gender couples practice open sexuality. A study reported in the New York Times provides an argument that marriage will not traditionalize homosexuals; rather, trend-setting homosexuals will modernize marriage. In a study of 556 gay male couples, half admitted to having an open relationships. Another study says 66% of married gay couples have relations with others.

New research at San Francisco State University reveals just how common open relationships are among gay men and lesbians in the Bay Area. The Gay Couples Study has followed 556 male couples for three years — about 50 percent of those surveyed have *** outside their relationships, with the knowledge and approval of their partners.

That consent is key. “With straight people, it’s called affairs or cheating,” said Colleen Hoff, the study’s principal investigator, “but with gay people it does not have such negative connotations.” Source:NYTimes

well aren't this society human enough not to burn homosexuals now you are given your rights to parade whatever it is you want to parade in...but don't shove it in our faces that we will honor your marriage whether by church or by law.

As what I said before, you can play "HOUSE" if you want with another guy, to hell I care about that! Just stop insisting that we will honor you in OUR church and in this society.

Again, nobody is asking the church to honor gay marriage.

but don't shove it in our faces that we will honor your marriage whether by church or by law.
Christians and the church have the right to not honor a gay couple asking for the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony.

As for gay marriage by law (if legislated), homosexual couples do not need your permission (or the church's). ^__^

as what I said in my previous post before, all you LGBT should rally infront of the Senate. Let's see where it gets you, and good luck to that happening. Because from my books, and the many many and I mean many traditional Filipinos and human beings in this planet...."WE DO NOT SUPPORT IT"

So if you can't deal with that. It's none of our problem! Go find yourself another planet where your so called HOMOSEXUAL ACTS and GAY marriage is seen as normal. Because unfortunately for you, planet Earth doesn't seem to be the place where it is generally accepted. Period!

    Another fallacy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argumentum_ad_populum

Also, thanks for being judgmental enough to assume I'm gay. (I'm not)

Well if you are not gay, them my apologies for that. But since you are speaking in behalf of the gay community insisting on gay marriage. Well, you have my opinions laid out on the table. So to end it, still for me its a "MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR and I mean MAJOR NOOOOOO!!!!
