I don't think the TS meant "to kill one's self" or "commit suicide" with his/her question. I think it's more of a "would you lay your life for the one you love" like if naa mga hold-upper nya naay dala na kutsilyo then you would shield your loved one using your body para safe siya.. or if naay complication siya sa heart then ang heart lang nimo ang match sa iya..then you'll donate your heart para sa iya hehehe
