Pwede muapil, anyone can join. No special equipment is required, knee pads or any hard paddings are illegal. Basic rules are simple -- do not pass forward, only pass laterally or backwards. The goal is to ground the ball in your goal line (touchdown). We practice Sundays in Sandtrap, Banilad. Contact the TS.

About the game, naay 3 nga kasabot ug bisaya nga niduwa para sa Manila team so questionable kun advantage ang mag binisaya . But watch out June 2 sa CIS, muduwa ang Singapore Ladies XV vs Philippine Ladies XV. Ang katong video kay mao to ang selection para sa Philippine Ladies XV and 55% of the team are Cebuanas.
