mao nay trending karon sa job. kasuway kog interview ug applicants sa among dept kauban ang hr personel. strikto kaayu ang hr personel sa iyang pag count sa years ug months sa applicants. mahog to nga filter initial interview. pwerti daghana ang same sa imong gibuhat. nagparelax after sa college. aw itsapwera gyud dayun ang resume. though pasar sa ako ang technical skills, pero job attitude man gipanagita sa employer sad. mas mo prefer sila ug someone nga interested jud sa position.

engineering to amo vacancy and the people who were hired come from simple family, naay mga scholar, naay nag working student, naa say gikan ug reputable institution pero walay bisyo nya active sa church acitivities.

not working for 6 months (not even attempting to) would greatly affect your chances TS. I had been in HR profession and it was not a plus having this kind of information. However, you can compensate that with a very good interview and examination (if not overwhelming) performance. Skills matter. Some employers may perceive that you may lack the necessary skills if you have not been using them for quite sometime.
