320 xa sa metro mandaue.. im not sure pila sa ayala.. im from liloan so mas duol pra nko.. hehe.. sa sm watsons, mahal man.. effective xa kay daghan ni comment nga ni gmay ko.. ang arms ang una makita diffrence.. i love rice man gud.. i need sumthin 2 make me not eat rice.. nka try sad ko south beach2 kunohay.. instead nga lain2 every meal, dba naa man ka sundon nga menu, kami sa ako miga, nag scrammbled eggs mi for bfast, tuna for lunch n chicken ig gabii.. not fried, bbq.. ni gmay gyapon ko.. hehe.. tapolan lng ko mam! mao nang after a while nga ni gmay na, balik nsd kaon.. then nana sad bago ma come across, diet nsd.. but this time, nag tarong nko kay nag lumba mi sa akong kuzin pagamay for another kuzin's debut.. hehe! try lng xa mam.. btw, sulit sad tingali ang fitrum.. atleast bfad approved xa.. but ok man sad ang pearl white.. saw changes na after my 1st bottle which has 15 capsules, taken twice a day.. b4 bfast n b4 dinner..

asa mana mapalit ang pearl white? what about those herbalife diet? you take their celluloss pills nga anti-bill2x kuno then just drink their protein shakes 2x a day n exchange for a meal then you take 1 full meal. so that's 2shakes and 1 full meal plus 3x a day of their celluloss pills.

hi, nakatry ko fitrum, ok pud sha but mas effective jud ang thermo green tea sa healthy options. maski wala ka exercise. Php999 yata ang isa ka bottle. I-try maski 15 days lang.
