    mao sad...pwede ra pud na..or it could be because kay daghan na kaayo atong laws, some people result to corruption nalang? pwede ba nah?

    yes, i guess so..but i was wondering about kanang mga repeat offenders? like, they steal tapos go to jail..then when they go out, they steal again..diba lawbreakers man sad nah sila?
