yes, those scenarios could be plausible. But the most sanest explanation is... they hit Mon first in the attempt to take his phone away.. they just got shock and awe to the old man's fighting moves Claudine was force to joined the fray.

I was assuming Santiago and Barreto were sane people. If they are, I doubt they'd beat him up to a pulp like they did if Tulfo did not throw the first punch. Tulfo did admit to "shoving" Santiago first (probably euphemized and was actually a punch in reality) after Santiago allegedly 'reached' for his phone (accdg to him). Tulfo earlier also said he hit Claudine since "sinuntok" daw siya. Tulfo then recanted both statements as time went on, probably to strengthen his case.

I'm convinced Claudine was hit. Hard or soft, it doesn't matter. It explains why they were intent on ganging up on Tulfo until he could barely stand.

In the end, the Santiagos have a weaker case since Tulfo has all the evidence he needs in his face. They need to get their hands on the CCTV footage (bad luck kay guba ang surveillance cams) or at least get some witnesses who actually saw the whole thing to testify.

kiang kiang man sya gnha sa TV Patrol, just wondering why.. during the interview sa airport when the incident just happened she was still walking properly.. how come karon ga kiang2x naman sya? Just because he is a Tulfo and he is a media man, doesn't give him the right to act what he did. Just put yourself in a situation where you wife/girlfriend is pushed and kicked, how would you react?

Mon Tulfo is known for being a tough guy, don't give a crabs as* as long as he can voice out his concerns. A lot of people are offended by his arrogance specially he is in the media. However, this is how they make the money so they believe it's the right thing to do. Even though most of the time he does not have concrete evidence or substance, he still attacks. The guy does not have class, he even attacked FPJ when he was in coma already.
