Awesome thread guys! Here is a piece of my mind regarding this issue.
Artists like Lady Gaga are masters of manipulating media and, in so doing influence the impressionable to buy her songs or watch her concerts. These money making machines gravitate to the controversial to get the most attention. Kids usually enjoy music for their beat and melody,nothing more. As they grow, they become more picky about their music. But, we should realize that music is primarily for pleasure. Let us not over analyze them.
