salamat kaayo mga istoryans. I guess it wouldn't hurt to lie a little, heheh... Not exactly big lies but maybe I'll just downplay the negative and emphasize my freelance work

@cuteboy_kahoy hehe, wa man ko cebu ron. I think importante sad ang first job nimo kay diha na ka nga field most likely magpadayon sa imo career. In my case, dili nako top choice ang accenture kay more on software man gud xa (I'm an ECE grad)

Dili man maka affect brod. Cheer up... ana man jud na basta kita ang mangita ug work, walay manawag nato. Pero if naana tay work, daghan manawag nato unya maglibog na hinoon ta.

TS, there are time a company collects applications pero for manpower pooling ra nila. Sometimes they keep the application for one year! I have experienced countless of times nga nag exam ko, then getawagan rako for interview 3 months later. Naa pod nag apply ko, getawagan ko 1 year later!

So, my advice to you is, don't get depressed. Continue your job hunting.

Since ECE diay ka, I advice ayaw pag call center. Work on your chosen field, bahala nag gamay ka ug sweldo.

u didn't mention ang reason ngano wala ka ningtrabaho for 6 months, that could lead us to a bias conclusion nga you are indeed a lazy ass, irresponsible person ug uban pa dira..

anywez. dili ra na momatter basta imong reason during interview is logical enough and dako ka ug scores sa mga exams.. good luck

Anyone else felt the same thing during the time you were jobless? what's your advice?
If i were the interviewer and you projected that fear or uncertainty about yourself I'd most likely get convinced. what i'm saying TS is that you should project CONFIDENCE instead. be proud of finally graduating and earning some vacation time to get recharged. then tell me of your excitement to enter the job market. that's all. be confident and excited. believe in yourself.

yup, exactly my thoughts. Akong gipang-applyan lang kay katong mga companies nga nag-specialize jud ug electronics and there aren't a lot of them offering entry level jobs so maybe stiff ang competition.

well at first I thought I needed some rest then nag-focus ko sa ako freelance work. Karon ra ko ka-realize nga needed diay relevant job experience para mas lamang ka sa uban applicants. anyway, I'm not lazy. Otherwise I would have given up on my course a long time ago, heheh... medyo naging complacent lang ko.
