Go Control Panel, System Properties, Advance Tab, Startup and Recovery Settings, uncheck Automatically Restart.

Or reformat. Could be just a virus.

aq nani ge suwayan ang duha nmo ka sugestion bro notepad, mao r mn ghapon mo restart jd xa, nag install pd ko og registry mechanic bcn sa registry problem ni, ni improve kay di na kaau xa mo restart pro wa ghapon na wala ang problema,, im running AVG anti Virus btw,, salamat sa reply bro

try to check dow imong mobo basin grounded..

if dili ghapon.... if you have digi multitester try to check the V. sa 4pin connector og sa 20pin connector.... or if you have good PSU swap lang.. then try it wiht CPU and RAM only... if ok ra... then attach ur HDD..... try to isolated sa saimong problema...
