wired and wireless network

Hi, just wana ask if it is possible to combine the wired and wireless computers?will they see each other and can i transfer files between the pcs?I have a wireless router and it has four ports for wired connections. My desktop is connected to one of the ports and the laptop is connected wirelessly.

i have 3 desktop units connected via UTP cable, 6 desktop units via wirelessG, and a laptop still wirelessG. it works fine. all of them works fine and all have shared 1 internet connection...

of course pop corn.. as long as they are in the same subnet. Otherwise, they wont see each other.. however, if it defines in the router and you have a good background with that you can implement two different subnets one group for wired and the other group is for wireless...
