Sorry for the typo there, i meant are NOT evil. I edited my post. I thought you would catch on since I had a supporting statement right after and since you CLAIM to be way smarter than me.
I agree that the abuse of system is a contributing factor. but what then if the system itself is not capable of fending off abuse?
that instead of penalizing, it perpetuates abuse? is it still a good system?
Also, it is never up to the government alone to "thicken" the lines. They will rely heavily upon feedback of those in the frontlines of the business. Maau unta if MLM ang government kay kabisado gyud nila, db?
lastly, knowingly or unknowingly, it is bad business.. what do you expect?![]()
My friend, I do not intend to sell in here. So I do not want to talk a lot of the product. But if that is the case. I would have to say that this supplement is formulated by Robert H. Keller, MD, MS, FACP, AAHIVS. And the medical team is composed of medical doctors of different fields in different countries. And the Cellgevity research scientists and medical doctors could also validate that. By Cellgevity being bought by Max International, after 2 years of Max operation. Also, the medical doctors of Guthy-Renker could also further validate, being part owners of the company. And, the doctors of the Consumer Labs, BFAD, etc2X. and also the US Patent Office who awarded it a Composition Patent.
I don't expect to hear any negative comments from those institutions you have listed. Understandably so, since they are stakeholders on the product, tama ba?
Actually, bilib man ko ani inyong product. Nice kaau iyang position, dli ka claim ug losses ang user kay supplement ra man, not a medicine.
You say it's good for your health because it supplements your nourishment needs. but so does the other supplements out there. So what makes this unique? You're not claiming "cure" but border-line cure. You would say, maka-ayo ni sa kalawasan, kanang sakit sa buko2x sa akong GF, nawagtang! but dli ni xa medicine ha?
So, palit pud intawn ang uyamot kay nindot lagi.. ug sa dihang dli man mu gana.. ingnon dayon.. aw, supplement ra man gud, dli ni medicine.. besides, bcn dli ra hiyang ang supplement sa imong body system.. tsar!
^^nyahahaha... tsar daw!

Hehehe. Sorry, I intended that. hehe.

Again, don't worry about that my friend. You take life so seriously. I just let other people do their job. The United States Federal Trade Commission, and most other governments, are doing a very good job about that. They had already decided. They decided that Network Marketing is a good business system. But to avoid abused, they are giving the jobs to DTI, SEC and other groups. SEC releases advisories of illegal schemes. Direct Selling Association of the Philippines is tasked on educating the public of the legitimate and the illegal schemes. They are also doing a good job. There are only 31 registered network marketing companies in the Philippines. I said earlier that I let other people do their job. I also wanted to stressed that the biggest factor still on that equation is the people. It is still your choice. The government cannot decide everything for you. Cigarettes? Those have no good effects to our body, cigarettes kill people. Of all things, I believe, cigarettes is what should be labeled as scam - it is rational to ban such things as those. It kills people. Big corporations earn BIG, BIG, BIG money on killing people. Kaw na lang isip ana oi, mo taas na ako istorya. I trust you that you understand what I am pointing out. I do not smoke, BTW.
Also, it is never up to the government alone to "thicken" the lines. They will rely heavily upon feedback of those in the frontlines of the business. Maau unta if MLM ang government kay kabisado gyud nila, db?
Again, it is always a teamwork. Read my posts above. Direct Selling Associations around the world knows what they are doing. DTI and SEC and other government arms knows what they are doing. And, we people should know what we are doing.
lastly, knowingly or unknowingly, it is bad business.. what do you expect?
Haai. This is nonsense. Network Marketing is a good business lagi. It becomes bad business if the people doing it are bad people. Those people need to be jailed. The industry and the business system is not bad jud, it is being used lang in a bad way.
If you are talking about the pyramiding scams or illegal schemes, like Global Money. The system they are using is a modified system. The government did their job against them. They are not registered with SEC. They are not registered with Direct Selling Association of the Philippines. The one that is not doing its job now is just the people. I tried to educate a lot of people about them, I did my part. Some people just smoke even if they know that it is killing them slowly - something like that.
Hehehe. I think, I am left with you guys here. Let me know if you have some valid arguments na ha. Morag dili pa mo ready. You should learn from messerchtmitt and makie, they have very valid points.
