Thermaltake introduce 10 year warranty with the Frio Extreme - eTeknix


Thermaltake have created the first 10 year warranty for a CPU cooler on their Frio Extreme.
Frio Extreme was introduced at the beginning of 2012, as the supreme air cooler of Frio Series. Equipping with a dual tower heat-sink with 0.4mm aluminum fins, twin 14cm fans, a VR/PWM fan controller, six of 6 mm Ø heat pipes, and mirror finish copper based plate to reach the maximum cooling capacity of 250W for enthusiasts and gamers.
Since the revision of Thermaltake’s mission statement of “delivering the perfect user experience” at the beginning of 2011, Thermaltake has been working on every possible way to facilitate users to gain the best possible experiences with us. We recognize not only the quality of the product is significant to the users’ experience; the magnitude of the service is as vital. By instituting the new 10 year warranty, will not only ensure Thermaltake users to get the best after service, but also shows the determination we have for our users.
The new instituted 10 year warranty applies to all new Frio Extreme sold after January 1, 2012 and covers the entire CPU cooler including the heat sink, fans and controller. This means, anyone who owns a Frio Extreme will automatically receive the 10 year warranty from the day of purchase. For any reason, if Thermaltake could not replace the defect with a new Frio Extreme, we would replace it with an equivalent air cooler. FRIO advance is only 300 DHS here...about 3k plus only
