The US lost that war because it was crafted politically, and the politicians who initiated that war screwed up, majority of the American population was against that war. Now, imagine the USA on WW2, that's a war supported by the whole US population. Yes, it will be the same with China, But we need the sympathy of the world/ allies to topple China.

Bro, di ko ignorante anang treaty of paris. If you have read this book, I'm actually looking at it right now. "The avalon project "
Avalon Project - Treaty of Peace Between the United States and Spain; December 10, 1898

I'll give you some reasons why pirmi daog ang Pinas against China if mag rule ang International court ani.

    >On 1792, a map drawn by the Malaspina expedition and published in 1808 in Madrid, Spain also showed Bajo de Masinloc as part of Philippine territory.
Scarborough Shoal was known as Bajo de Masinloc way before the Americans came.

    >There was a topographic map drawn in 1820 shows the shoal, named there as "Bajo Scarburo", as a constituent part of Sambalez (Zambales province).

    >These island maps were reproduced in the Atlas of the 1939 Philippine Census, predates the controversial 1947 Chinese South China Sea Claim Map that shows no chinese name on it.
( See? Even the census at that time, nagshow na wlay Chinese names nga naka register ani, and speaking of census, these are like patents)

    > And lastly, the Philippines will base this area as ours due to the fact that Scarborough Shoal is under the principle of Terra Nullius, meaning land belonging to no one. And the proximity of the area to ours.
By virtue of the Presidential Decree No. 1599 issued by President Ferdinand Marcos on June 1978, the Philippines claims an Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) up to 200 nautical miles (370 km) from the baselines from which their territorial sea is measured.

Brod, ayaw na ibalik2x ang Treaty of Paris sa ani nga argument, dli na xa valid, gpul-an nako paminaw ana. Ang treaty of Paris wla nag apil sa rock features of Bajo de Masinloc , and is not premised on the cession by Spain because Spanish officials coined the area as " Philippine waters" not Philippine rocks or islands.

Kay if valid pa na, then kana na ang gamiton sa China to be used for International Court ruling.

    Thank you Brother.
Keep the pinoy pride up. We own these areas, and no one, not even the second, or the third most powerful nation in the world can claim it.
