I dont know why they call it JAPANESE DIET when there is no such thing na significant kaayo making it JAPANESE .
Here in the Philippines , we have that kind of food also , its the ignorance of people na di mo consume ana na food because we dont know what it is . We have fish , noodles , rice , fruits and etc .
Its a matter of how you prepare it and raise its edibility factor . Yes I agree with the " Japanese Diet " as long as it is consumed in the right exchange and amount , there is no reason it should not work .
