I googled about the scarborough dispute and found out 17-18th century both PH and china claimed it, clashed around 1950's-1950's when it was actually written it belongs to the Ph territory and they actually built a lighthouse which is now non-functional.. until now, they just wouldn't give it up maski layo jud kaayo sa ila territory...
