Guys what do you think is the best and unique RestoBar here in Cebu? I've visit a lot of restaurant dari sa Cebu then mostly kay eat all you can mao ng na pul.an nako. hehe. Can you help me mga pips kung unsa mga restaurant foods dari nga dli normally matilawan sa mga Cebuanos?

You better try the Chinese restaurant in Imperial Palace. Especially the siomai. Mas lami pa sa siomai sa Tisa.
