Before, pure pyramiding gyud. You recruit two, you earn. Once mapares, you earn an additional. Right now, kaning matrix na pud. It's not necessary to balance everything out. As long as your right and left legs are active, you will earn maski di pa balanced. Products? Most of the products are locally made and sorry to tell you guys, low quality gyud kasagaran. Ang compensation plan gyud ang ibaligya sa mga networker because nindot kaayo, too good to be true kaayo. Products? It's just a front aron ingnon naay products.
2.) Some or most networking companies take advantage of the ignorance of the people. Since kasagaran sa mga Pinoy gusto madatu dayon or quick money, networking companies take advantage of this weakness. They will show you a computation that your income will compound monthly as long as consistent lang ka in recruiting two people. Mathematics don't lie and there is really some truth sa ilang gisulti however, mathematics doesn't include the hard work needed in order to achieve millions after a year.
3.) Doing business based on excitement or emotional height. If you're a real business man, you'll use your head. Though tinuod na nga makatabang ang excitement sa pagrecruit sa tao, its not a guarantee. Take note, emotions die down and sooner or later, once makaexperience na na ug kalisod ang mga downlines, madiscourage na and will quit. Worse, they will bad mouth you for giving false hopes. So unsa dapat buhaton? Do it professionally. Funny thing, almost every month naay pioneering company nga mogawas.
4.) Talking about professionalism, daghan kaayo tao ang walay business etiquette. Friendships were destroyed because of this. Naa kunoy ipaila ila nga chicks pero upline ra diay to. People are allergic to networking tungod sa mga binuang nga companies sa una. Worse, if you do business that way, samot kaallergic imong prospect. I have heard a lot of ridiculous stories about desperate networkers trying to impress their prospects.
