Let me share to you unsa akong nakita nga sayop kasagaran nga gibuhat both sa company and members:
1.) Companies are exploiting the concept of network marketing. What companies usually do is create a "lucrative" compensation plan in order to make it so appealing to the people. Before, pure pyramiding gyud. You recruit two, you earn. Once mapares, you earn an additional. Right now, kaning matrix na pud. It's not necessary to balance everything out. As long as your right and left legs are active, you will earn maski di pa balanced. Products? Most of the products are locally made and sorry to tell you guys, low quality gyud kasagaran. Ang compensation plan gyud ang ibaligya sa mga networker because nindot kaayo, too good to be true kaayo. Products? It's just a front aron ingnon naay products.
2.) Some or most networking companies take advantage of the ignorance of the people. Since kasagaran sa mga Pinoy gusto madatu dayon or quick money, networking companies take advantage of this weakness. They will show you a computation that your income will compound monthly as long as consistent lang ka in recruiting two people. Mathematics don't lie and there is really some truth sa ilang gisulti however, mathematics doesn't include the hard work needed in order to achieve millions after a year.
3.) Doing business based on excitement or emotional height. If you're a real business man, you'll use your head. Though tinuod na nga makatabang ang excitement sa pagrecruit sa tao, its not a guarantee. Take note, emotions die down and sooner or later, once makaexperience na na ug kalisod ang mga downlines, madiscourage na and will quit. Worse, they will bad mouth you for giving false hopes. So unsa dapat buhaton? Do it professionally. Funny thing, almost every month naay pioneering company nga mogawas.
4.) Talking about professionalism, daghan kaayo tao ang walay business etiquette. Friendships were destroyed because of this. Naa kunoy ipaila ila nga chicks pero upline ra diay to. People are allergic to networking tungod sa mga binuang nga companies sa una. Worse, if you do business that way, samot kaallergic imong prospect. I have heard a lot of ridiculous stories about desperate networkers trying to impress their prospects.
network marketing is a legal way of distributing products. In fact, it is the most efficient way of distribution. The companies saves big amounts of money on distribution (advertising, warehousing, handling, shipping, insurance, etc.) by using a network marketing SYSTEM. Like any other systems (franchising, outsourcing, etc.), naa jd disadvantages jd na og tend to be abuse. But the system itself, network marketing, is not pyramiding scam and definitely not a get-rich-quick scheme. It is a very good investment.
Network marketing is somewhat franchising. In fact, it is sometimes described as "The People's Franchsie". Both give the right to do business with the use of the company's name and the use of an established or duplicable system of doing business except network marketing does not require distributors to pay expensive and upfront franchise fees. In seeking a viable and sustainable network marketing distributor opportunity, we should remember 3 things: Product, Company & Compensation - evaluate the three independently. When the Franchising System was first introduce many decades ago, it also receives the same criticisms and ridicule. Imagine, paying for a royalty fee every year? Imagine, paying huge amounts of money just to use their way of doing the business? and renewing it every year? and then giving a percentage of your sales to somebody who started it first? and you also need to buy products solely from them? dili mn scam ang franchising db? it is a good system. it is tend to be abuse lang pd.
I have tried to look for foodcart franchise last year,, i met a lot of of these "scam" franchises. no assistance, for opening or anything. not-so-good ang quality sa products. etc2X. naa zd ko na meet na franchises na naa jud history of scamming people, naa pa pending case gani d i sila sa NBI.. bisan asa jud ta,, naa jud daghan boang... pero samot na siguro sa network marketing, ky it is even sometimes called "The People Franchise", it is about the people jud. and daghan baya mga boang na people, so daghan zad mga ka boang sila gi himo, og gi gamit nila ang network marketing para mang boang pd og mga tao pd. so samot nanaghan ang boang. samot nanaghan ang mga kaboang.. and so on. hehehe. taas na ayu da
