i am applying for a callcenter agent from one of the biggest callcenter company here in Malaysia.and im going to be interviewed on 24th. .actually this my second time interview,coz sadly i weasnt so lucky the first time.i have told that it was okay but a little elapsedso has to get back for a couple of days. . honestly,didnt know what they actually meant by that.all i felt was im disappointed,for i gave my best to that but wasnt able to get in. .maybe i did something wrong?or i am just not capable on having job like that. . ?

did you ask the interviewer what are the things you need to ameliorate??actually that's legal thou it give them the hint that your very interested.....
