Need help / advise: Can i sue a company even before i work for them?

Wow! What the... Based on your statement, I believe you have a valid reason to sue them for damages. Glad you keep all the emails and text messages.

Actually almost same thing happened to me with accenture.. I already signed the contract and evrything naka resign napod kos company na ako gi workan ato.. Actually I asked them for a month of turn over period. To make the story short nka pass nko sa requirements they just informed me 2 days before starting period nako na ila i withdraw akoa employment because of some negative feedbacks sa akoa previous company na gi workan.. And to think 3 years nako ngwork ato na company wa koy ma remember na any offense na ako nabuhat. hehe So i retract my resignation nlng then nisugot rapod to ako previous employer.. But tinuod jud guro ng Theres a reason in everything.. Wla nko ato akong previous company.. wala nlng sad ko nibuhat ug legal actions towards accenture.. Im on a better company naman sad.. I still have the contract sa accenture.. wala sad ko nila gipa sign any na ila gi withdraw akong contrata sa ilaha hehe

So just move on sis.. I know naay much better na muabot

for me.. wala juy batasan ing.ani nga style.. it just goes to show wala silay respetar sa mga mo apply nila... I would suggest not to go with the job position if dwaton man gani ka nila (before).. This kind of a company, nagpakita na gani sa tinood nga color wala paka madawat.. how much more kaha if naa naka sa sud jud... Mao ra kinahay tingali walay magdugay sa ilang mga employees... The company is unprofessional and unethical.

Find nalang another job TS, the damage has been done.. I think the best effort you can do to get back on this company is to voice this out to DOLE so that the rights of workers (local and abroad) can be protected also.

background check should be done b4 they hire u baya... and i don't recall any bad actions / performance i did with my previous employer. may gani ok ra sa imu previous employer na mu balik ka,

thanks, i'll dfntly approach them. ako lang gyud is d sakto ila gi buhat and who knows pila na ka taw ilang gi ingon ani. luoy sad, kung ma timingan diay ang applicant kay naa family or naay gi support and in need jud ug money, luoy kaayo.

sometimes people like them think na pwede ra nila sayon sayonan uban tao cz they think superior sila. mas better pa sgro if wla nlng ko nila di dawat in the 1st place, ok rajud kaayo, maka sabot pa ko, d baya pusanay... d lng unta pareha ani tapos they can't even give me a valid reason.
