1 Gig RAM ok ra pun-an og 2Gig?

if duha ka slot imo gamiton dapat same sila like 2pcs 1GB or 2pcs 2GB. If you put 1GB and 2GB together murag isa ra nila ang idetect.

nope, this is not true all the time... naa'y old mobos na in ani... naka suway ko ani sauna... that was between 1993 to 1995... limot na ko sa exact date. naa pud mga mobo na nag require ug single sided or dual sided memory modules (dili mo dawat pud ang uban mobo if i mix n' match ni sila)...again, gamit ni sa mga old technology... newer techs kay mo accept ra sila... pero, ang uban kay nag require na ang "single chip" sa module kay 256KB ang size. if smaller than this, dili sila compatible...

sa mobo ni TS, for sure, mo dagan ang 1GB ug 2GB module ani (in single channel mode)... granting na compatible ang duha sa mobo nya... must be the same speed though... must be DDR2 800 as required sa mobo ni TS...

ah i see... pwede ra na sila duha... if dili gani stable ang system, update the bios... pero, this is less likely to happen... naa man hinoon uban na naka timing ug need na i-update ang bios sa mobo kay dili mo dagan sya sa ram...

naka try ko ani bag-o lang ko ni palit ug ram nga 2gig same hinoon sila specs ug brand sa ram basa man ang duha.. 3gig...

pwde ra ni oi.. you can put up to 4 gb of ram but in reality, only 3gb of it will be used by the OS.. that is if you have 32 bit OS
