Ako unag suggest beh para mo-roll naning bola...

suggestion for the new official irc singlet:

1. All members must secure this proposed new irc singlet.

2. All future recruits must agree to secure this new irc singlet as one of their basic membership requirements.

3. The proposed new irc singlet should have sleeves...the reason for this is kun naa tay mga group gatherings nga dili running or pasingot mas maayo ug mas desente gamay tanawon ang naay sleeve (example: Naay group gathering sa mga running conventions / seminars / lectures)....and besides, we can still run comfortably in a singlet with sleeves, so dual purpose ang tirada ani.

4. The new irc singlet must bear the istorya.net logo without any alteration....... And the name of our group istoryan runners club,, either sa front or back kamo nay bahala sa design.

5. As much as possible dili nalang ta mukuha sa mga wlay klaro nga tailoring bahalag unsa pana ka barato kay ang resulta way klaro pud....mao nay nahitabo sa kadtong latest nga irc singlet namo nga nagpataka ra ko ug pili sa mga baratohon nga tailoring.

6. The proposed new irc singlet must have a reflector strip @ the front and back for safety reasons particularly if we do night running.

7. Payment and distribution of singlets must be done in our head quarters sa office gyud mismo sa istorya.net (c/o sir melvinthegreat) para wlay mahasol sa pag colecta sa payment kung dili mag tugma ang isig ka free time nato...24 hours bitaw na diha ang office sa hq

OK so pili nata aning mga SUNDAYS nga gi-mention.....morning ni kay mas daghan mka avail nato basta morning i-compare sa Sunday evenings..............Si boss Melvinthe great mi-pasalig man to sya nga pwede daw sa ilang office diha doul sa may JY square LAHUG.......pero pwede pud nga ato ning ilahos nga plano nga mag Beach Party ta dala nalang pud meeting para pud makumbinse ang kadaghanan nga sa atong mga members nga mu-uban gyud kay kun ordinary ra kaayo nga meeting lagmit ang uban nga mga lukewarm members DILI gyud na mutunga (maki pusta pa ko's akong sapatos) kay igo rana mu-ingon nga OK ra sila sa bisag unsay masabotan/resulta sa meeting......

...So kun pananglitan mu-sugot mo nga mag beach party nalang ta ug lahos ato naning planohan ug sayo with regards to pilay budget/venue/division of labor (kay dili ni madala ug usa ra ka taw mulihok ani)..etc2x.

Nindot pud ning beach party & meeting kay dako ug time magahin para sa mga importanteng matang nga angay hisgutan parte sa GRUPO....pwede pud mang hulam ta nila sir Melvin/BeoR ug iSTORYA.NET nga tarpolin hehe para alegre inig picture2x..........memorable gyud


Pero kun extravagant ra kaayo ni para ninyo or OA ra kaayo...aaww pwede raman sab ta adto ra sa office nila sir Melvin or sa Abellana gihapon parehas sauna......

I’m not bailing out anyone but my point is that, mag unsa nalang tawn ang ubang newbie nga gusto mo join sa IRC who can’t cram up with the certain mileage requirement in a week. Since baby pa ang IRC it would be better nga e focus lang muna ang pag promote sa wholesomeness para open kaau sa uban nga dili pa maka join sa longer races, or members nga capable but dili interested to run longer distances who can’t train hard enough due to conflict of work/school/or other personal matters. The potential of IRC to become a bigger group in the future is so vast and putting up minimum mileage for each member in a week might affect the growth/momentum sa IRC. Though I also consider it as interesting and an outright inspiration for members to actively run, posting or sharing individual running experience here at istorya.net are quite motivating enough to encourage others get on the road and jack up some “quality mileage” of their own with which each and every one of you had been consistently doing.

Not all runners are serious enough to gather such mileage in a week kay ang uban gani nga runners kontento raman maka dagan once a week, not all runners also ganahan mo join sa fun runs kay ang uban mag jogging2x ra sa park or likod sa balay, naa say ubang runners nga huna2x ray nagdagan og usa nako ana hehe jowk.. Anyway, if ma implement man jud gani it could be an added pressure for every member and may result to injuries kay mapugos og achieve sa required mileage that is beyond the level of his/her physical capability, not to mention the unpredictable weather kay majority dili man mudagan if mag uwan. All runners have ups and downs and injuries and conflict of schedules are one of them, and it would be so unpleasant to hear that a certain runner will revoke his/her IRC membership just because he/she wasn’t able to maintain the required mileage for the week or month that is sanctioned by the club.

Agree ko ani. Though naa jud PROs ug CONs. Pwede mani ma.implement ba lain2 lang ang requirement kada member or kato ingon ni boss takas na naa category.

Dapat mag.meeting na unta ta para ma.establish na ang mga rules regarding sa membership sa ato group.
