Why globe still survive ? Even though, Globe telecom has the worst Internet provider why the government will not intervene to put their act together or will be out of business. There are numerous complaints about Globes Internet going off and on every 5 to 10 minutes every single day , they tried to send different tech people and the problem still the same especially in northern town of Cebu. No one knows if they are capable to fix the problems no one knows except Globe alone. Problem with Globe internet? Share to every istoryan members....

How SAD naman.... But HONESTLY ,I am a Globe broadband subscriber for almost 3 years now and i haven't experienced a major problem about it... It works fine for me...i live in Cebu City proper though, i don't know the broadband connections to other places... Though sometimes we experience lagging but it's not a big problem unless you're an online gamer....

TS is right. Dapat i-summon ning mga ISP providers ky gawas bati ilang signal, they're also in some sort of false advertising. Maayo lang ug maka abot sa 1/2 of the advertised speed ang actual ma-experience sa subscribers. NTC, DTI, etc. should punish these ISP/Telco companies. Number 1 na sila nga kurakot.

ni abot jud sa point nga cge ka putol ang internet sa Globe so amu g-paputul ang net sa Globe pero ang landline naa pa ghapon...

bati kaau!! dli jud ma e-hap kung kapila mi manawag.. murag twice in a month.. wlay au ilang service..

depende man gud na sa location sa ilang Capsule(MDF/Juntion Box) ug sa imo balai, ako 1st naku pa taud sa globe ang capsule tua sa skina layo sa balai mao ang net perting hinaya, but next naku pataud kay ang capsule less than 100m lan padong balai so far ok ang ila connection. Correct me if I'm wrong, pero naa sad time nga mag ulan ma putol dyud sya ug mo hinay.
