Researchers Find Evidence of Banned Antibiotics
I do hope this is not happening to our food products in the Philippines. I hope that our BFAD are doing their part to protect us. The wise learn from the others, the fool learns from himself. For me, let us not make ourselves as the fool being used by “wise” to learn from the consequence of what “wise” will do to others before the “wise” does it to himself.
Scary indeed to know what goes into our food and all the consequences it would bring-allergies, etc., (benefits those in the health care industry). If these can happen in the US what more to us in the Philippines, so help us God.

OFW's, friends and relatives, be in control of your health, your future and your childrens' future. We have to manage our country smartly, we have to be the boss and not let our public servants do what they wish to do. Their incompetence will drag us down to oblivion. We have to organize and unite as one so we can set goals for the benefit of the many and not for the few chosen people. We can be far better than Singapore as long as we take control of our country. We have to manage our resources, people and those who are to this day being exploited and abused. OFW's are one of them - maids, helpers and underpriveldge. We can do a lot for our country and still have jobs. There is no need for greed or hunger or violence because our country is a very rich country.
Take a moment of your time to invest on your health, your greatest asset and be in control of your future. No matter how much money you have you can lose it all due to ill health. Many take the time to clean and maintain their cars make it shine. Your body is just as important and don't leave it to others to entice you what to eat. Find the right fuel for your "car", find the right "oil" for your car. Find the right "lubricant" for your car. Find the right "fluid" for your car. Likewise and most importantly find the right food for your "body".
Do You Have Any Idea of the Chemicals Used in Fast Food Chicken
Extremely “creative cooking” of chicken – Forewarned is forearmed. For our 4.5 Million poor Filipinos, they don’t have to worry about eating this kind of “chicken”, to be poor is not that bad perhaps.

Trade Department Boosts Cream Dory Industry
“The Philippines currently imports approximately 600 metric tons of fillets per month. If we could substitute this importation by producing our own via the Pangasius, P650 million worth of investments and P945 million in sales will be generated and 2,700 jobs will be created come 2016,” said DTI Central Luzon Regional Pangasius industry manager Zorina Aldana.*
There is no need for greed, hunger or violence, there is so much demand for fish - let us start learning and producing our very own fish...it is no rocket science. OFW's friendds and relatives please, please take note.

Bioengineered Microbes Turn Seaweed into Biofuels - Bioenergy Articles from The Bioenergy Site
A very unique advantage of the Philippines is the length of the coast line (as we are composed of islands), that means, tapping the resources of the sea and bringing them to the shore or even inland. ( Sort of create an Irrigation Canal from the sea inward) Seaweed Aquaponics should be explored by our Government and exploit our advantage without the disadvantage of the traditional seaweed farming that is off-shore, susceptible to storms. Hence, instead of producing vegetables/herbs we produce seaweeds and salt water fish.
